Attorney David E. Little Named Partner

David E. Little, Esq., has been named a partner with the firm of Brown & Doherty, P.A., in St. Petersburg, Florida.  The firm will now be known as Brown Doherty Little.  BDL is a boutique criminal defense law firm representing clients in Federal and State courts across the country.

David graduated magna cum laude from Stetson University College of Law with a dual JD/MBA degree.  Prior to law school he earned a Finance Degree from the University of South Carolina - Columbia.  David is Board Certified in Criminal Trial Law and represents clients in Federal and State criminal courts, and in select civil litigation matters.  David has also been recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers in the area of White-Collar Crime.

During his career, David has obtained acquittals on behalf of his clients in Federal and State courts.  David is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, the United States District Court for the Middle, Northern, and Southern Districts of Florida, and all Florida State courts.

Attorney David E. Little Earns Board Certification

Brown & Doherty, P.A., is pleased to announce that attorney David E. Little has earned Board Certification in the area of Criminal Trial Law.  According to the Florida Bar, board certification identifies lawyers who possess special knowledge, skills and proficiency, as well as a reputation for professionalism and ethics.  Mr. Little is now distinguished as a board-certified specialist or expert in criminal trial law.

David is a former prosecutor who now focuses his career on representing individuals in Federal and State criminal courts.  His practice includes representing clients during grand jury investigations, pre-charging investigations, pretrial litigation, trials, sentencings, and appeals.

David graduated magna cum laude from Stetson University College of Law with a dual JD/MBA degree, and earned a Certificate of Concentration in Advocacy.  Prior to attending law school, he earned a Finance Degree from the University of South Carolina.
