So we have been without any WIFI or cell phone service since leaving Periche on Wednesday.  No idea what’s going on.  The Masters has been played and someone has won.  Today we were told that the cell phone company most of us have purchased, NCELL, never re-charged the battery in the local tower so no service.  NCELL has traditionally worked great at EBC. “They” say tomorrow or the next day it will be up.   A technician is arriving today to get the WIFI up but we will be charged $2.50 for every Mega Byte we use so photos will be super expensive – when it works.  It went up for 20 minutes today before shutting down.  Just long enough to find out Bubba Watson won the Masters.  Ah, connecting to the rest of the world. Nice.
